I probably don't need to say much more than that. As you can probably tell I had a performance review done recently. Came across this saying in Readers Digest and thought just how appropriate it was(for me anyway!) It's not that I don't like to get good or even great performance reviews, and yes I know that some would consider the praise as reward enough, BUT STILL.....Just Saying.!
