February Goals

It's February 1st and time to set some monthly goals and see how many will need to get carried over to March Goals!
  • Reduce my starch/sugar intake (especially at night, and for more than 1 or 2 days!)
  • laugh more (they say that Laughter burns 1.3 calories per minute, seems like an easy exercise)
  • Save, Save, Save$$ (can't spend it until I can save it!)
  • exercise more some!(that means stop being a couch potato!)
  • exercise my brain (it seems to be getting a little foggy these days!)



  • Update my blog (listing my thought of the day is a start-LOL, although probably doesn't really count)
